手と花では2026年5月23日（土）〜6月7日（日）の会期でTAKERU IWAZAKI Solo Exhibition「FLOW / er」を開催いたします。

FLOW / er

線は、流れの痕跡であり、思考のプロセスの現れでもある。
描く中で生まれる“flow”は、制御と逸脱を行き来しながら、かたちを帯びていく。
本展では、花の構造に沿って流れる中で、イメージがどのように立ち上がるのかを探っている。
花は、反復や分岐を繰り返しながら成長する構造体であり、そのあり方は線の流れとも重なっている。
本展は、過去のFLOW作品と新作FLOW / er、そして同一の構造から分岐したEXTRACT作品によって構成される。
線の流れから形が立ち上がり、さらに分岐して個となる一連の展開を示している。

TAKERU IWAZAKI
ストリートカルチャーや実験的な仕子音楽などに無響を受けて創作を始める。
水の流れや木の付まいなど、自然界の現象にインスパイアされ、鑑賞者に没入感をもたらす「FLOW（流れ）」をテーマの1つとして、万物が放つエネルギーを伸びやかな線に集積させる。
黒を基調とした線と線がセッションする如く互いに響き合い、緻密に拡がるドローイングを特徴とする。
個展をはじめとして、整画やライブペインティング、DJやファッションブランドとのコラボレーションなど、多岐にわたる媒体で横断的に作品を発表している。

Tetoka will host the TAKERU IWAZAKI Solo Exhibition “FLOW / er” from Saturday, May 23 to Sunday, June 7, 2026.

FLOW / er

Lines are traces of flow and manifestations of the thought process.
The “flow” that emerges during the act of drawing takes shape as it oscillates between control and deviation.
In this exhibition, I explore how images emerge as they flow along the structure of a flower.
A flower is a structure that grows through repeated cycles of repetition and branching, and its nature overlaps with the flow of lines.
This exhibition consists of past FLOW works, the new work FLOW / er, and EXTRACT works that branch off from the same structure.
It illustrates a series of developments in which forms emerge from the flow of lines, then branch further to become individual entities.

TAKERU IWAZAKI
He began creating art after being influenced by street culture and experimental music.
Inspired by natural phenomena such as the flow of water and the sway of trees, he adopts “FLOW” as one of his central themes to create a sense of immersion for the viewer, channeling the energy emitted by all things into fluid lines. His work is characterized by intricate, expansive drawings in which black-based lines resonate with one another as if in a musical session.
He presents his work across a wide range of media, including solo exhibitions, group shows, live painting, and collaborations with DJs and fashion brands.
